How you create impact
- Lead, coach and develop the Reefer Customer Care team to ensure high‑quality service delivery and strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day operations, including resource planning, training, and coverage for absences.
- Foster strong collaboration with Shared Service Centres, Operational Care Centres, Branch Management, and Sales
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service, problem solving, and continuous improvement, supported by NPS measurement.
- Manage team performance, conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and support career development.
- Oversee compliance with all contracts, SOPs, Quality Management Systems, QSHE standards, and GXP/GDP requirements
- Support onboarding and retention of customers, including direct visits and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Drive process improvements using CAPA, TIP, Supplier Management and lean working methods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and support team development.
