We are seeking a highly skilled, self motivated BIM Lead for our Mission Critical Security and Telecoms team, focusing on mission critical environments and critical national infrastructure with an emphasis on data centre design. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the application of Security and Telecoms infrastructure in relation to 2D and 3D modelling, working with some of the largest businesses in the world to ensure robust and reliable systems design.
We are looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to complying with industry standards and best practices for Building Information Management. The ideal candidate should be technically adept, an excellent communicator, and experienced in handling complex projects with high-performance expectations.
Proven expertise in the delivery of security and telecoms systems for data centres is essential. The ability to work collaboratively with security and telecoms engineers, architects, civil engineers and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the solutions is crucial. Additionally, the candidate should have sharp problem-solving skills for fast troubleshooting and resolution of issues to ensure the reliability of mission critical operations.
Key Responsibilities Will Include

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading Security and Telecoms BIM projects from start to finish managing project timescales and deliveries to ensure successful delivery
- Developing the Security and Telecoms in-house Common Data Environment and document repository
- Completing and maintaining TIDPs, MIDPs, and other project related document repositories
- Producing drawings (2D & 3D), schematics and installation details to industry / client standards ensuring projects are aligned with engineering requirements
- Aligning deliveries to project / workstage / client specific Level of Detail requirements
