For our Edinburgh hub we are looking to hire a Security Architect who possesses a solid understanding of security frameworks, cloud security, enterprise security, and compliance. The role is hybrid requiring 2 days a week in our Edinburgh hub.

What You'll Do

• Define and develop security policy standards, baselines using risk assessments, frameworks, and analysis of existing systems.
• Perform security architecture design reviews of our products and enterprise.
• Provide remediation and risk mitigation recommendations to our product and enterprise teams.
• Support engineering, operations, and enterprise teams in realizing a Secure by Design program.
• Translate security and technical requirements into business requirements.
• Clearly and effectively communicates security risks to diverse audiences, ranging from business leaders to engineers.
• Ensure security risks are logged, reviewed, and tracked, for closure with the teams.

Identify and deliver appropriate metrics to drive security architecture compliance.

What You'll Bring

• Solid experience in Information Security, covering security analysis, architecture/design, and service development across enterprise environments.
• Strong cloud security experience across AWS and Azure, including large‑scale, multi‑account AWS architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with containers and microservices, including securing modern, distributed application platforms.
• Proven capability securing heterogeneous environments, including Windows, Linux, network devices (Cisco, Juniper), and security appliances.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and identity‑centric security controls within enterprise ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to clearly present security concepts and solutions at all levels and adapt style to company culture.
• Strong delivery mindset and collaboration skills, able to meet timelines, drive work to completion, and operate effectively within team‑based environments.
