What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for leading security staff to support smooth, safe, and continuous business operations
- Manage security department and ensure compliance with security management systems and policies. Implement and monitor policies and guidelines related to security and emergency response. Regular review of security procedures and provide recommendations for improvement.
- High School diploma required, Two year law and security College Diploma preferred
- 2 year Security officer experience
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- High integrity
- Work independantly
- Communicate skills in English
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Take instruction well
- Police check required
