Starting salary for this role is
£38,220 (pro rata for part-time colleagues)

SEND Sufficiency Project Officer
Job Introduction
SEND Sufficiency Project Officer - 37 hours per week (5 days)
Fixed Term for 18 months
Role Purpose
We are seeking to appoint a fixed term SEND Sufficiency Project Officer to support the development of BCP’s SEND and Alternative Provision Sufficiency Strategy. Our strategy forms part of our ambitious plan to transform SEND and AP services in BCP.
Aligned to our SEND and AP Improvement Plan, the postholder will be working closely with the SEND and Inclusion teams to develop innovative models of provision and provide child focused solutions for the children and young people in BCP.
Main Responsibilities
- Working across services, co-ordinate the delivery of SEND and AP Sufficiency projects, ensuring team members produce high-quality outputs aligned with project objectives. Coach others to understand the planning, development and delivery of projects using project processes and contribute to the success of the entire team by encouraging open communication, celebrating achievements, and providing constructive feedback.
