Description

We are working exclusively with a leading global social & influencer-first agency. We are looking for experienced ADs/SADs to take a lead on major global accounts across beauty, fashion, fmcg, consumer electronics and ecommerce.


These are vital hires as part of an impressive phase of growth within the agency. We're considering both experienced AD's and SAD's with solid social and ideally influencer marketing experience, leading strategy, account commercials/growth, pitching and managing a team of account managers.


Salary up to £75k

London / Hybrid – 3 days office based



The Role


  • Lead responses to client briefs, coordinating account teams to deliver bold, insight-driven creative that meets campaign objectives.
  • Develop clear, compelling proposals and pitch decks.
  • Build strong client relationships, deeply understanding their business goals and translating them into effective influencer and content strategies.
  • Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Present clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders in pitches, kick-offs, and post-campaign reviews.
  • Support new business efforts when needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for additional activity and account growth through forward-thinking ideas.
  • Grow and nurture accounts with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, supporting their development into well-rounded marketers.

  • The Person


    • Ideally at least 5+ years’ experience in a client-servicing or campaign management role, working with social (& Influencer) campaigns.
    • Demonstrated leadership on large client accounts across accounts, planning, and strategy.
    • UK & global market experience very advantageous.
    • Proven line management experience, with a track record of developing junior talent.
    • Highly confident with numbers, budget and data.
    • Proven ability to upsell ideas and confidently present to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Exceptional organisation, with experience managing multiple campaigns in fast-paced environments.
