We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to help grow our presence across the region by winning new hotel customers and building long-term relationships with hospitality operators.
The opportunity
This is a new business role focused on acquiring new logo customers across the UK & Ireland hospitality market.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from creating pipeline through outbound prospecting to running discovery, delivering product demos, and closing deals. You'll often engage multiple stakeholders including hotel owners, GMs, finance leaders, and operations teams.
Typical deal profile:
- Sales cycle: 30–45 days
- Average deal: €500–€600 MRR (~€3,500 total MRR)
Territory & travel:
Territory: United Kingdom & Ireland
Preferred location: Scotland or England
Travel expectations
- 1–2x per month attending tradeshows or industry events
- 3–5 in-person meetings per month
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS experience
- Proven high performance in a SaaS sales role
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Track record of closing net new business
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong consultative selling and storytelling skills
Hospitality or hotel tech experience is wonderful, but not required.

Compensation & earning potential:
This role offers a competitive compensation structure designed to reward high performance and overachievement.
- On-target earnings (OTE): £91,600 GBP at 100% quota attainment
- Compensation split: 60% base / 40% variable
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential
- Accelerators: Tiered commission accelerators for performance above quota
Top performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed OTE through consistent overperformance.
