Position Summary:
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for the organisation of your account teams; actively participating by devising and implementing projects and timelines and taking responsibility for driving specific activities.
Responsibilities:
- You will be supporting the Account Manager and Account Director by managing your designated accounts, taking ownership to ensure projects are implemented efficiently and on time
- Collaborating with cross-functional agency teams, to ensure that all individual projects are proactively, creatively, and efficiently managed through the agency following a client brief and are ultimately delivered to an exceptional standard within the agreed timeframe
- Managing the day-to-day running of account(s)
- Providing clear and accurate briefings to everyone involved with project implementation
- Ensuring regular client update or programme /project progress, and manage any changes to planned activities that may occur
- Responsible for regular client contact, and prompt and accurate contact/action reports within 24 hours of meeting/discussion
- Responsible for estimating, billing, and awareness of budgetary status
- Participating in developing new business pitches
Skills and Experience:
- Experience as an Account Executive within a healthcare advertising agency environment will be a big advantage
