We currently have an exciting opening for a Senior Accountant in our Outsourcing division.

It consists of a compact team in Northern Ireland, working with a much larger team in India; and in doing so this role provides boundless opportunity and variety. This role has much crossover with the role of a general practice accountant, but is unique, and offers unrivalled opportunities for progression. It will suit an ambitious, technically skilled all-rounder with strong practice experience, who has excellent communication skills and a desire to lead.
This is a hybrid role, and there will also be occasional international travel.

Key responsibilities of a Senior Accountant will include:
- managing, supporting, and training an international team in providing accounting support to clients within the group
- preparing and finalising year end accounts and corporation tax returns for limited companies, partnerships, sole-traders and LLPs
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- qualified accountant (CAI/ACCA/ICAEW)
- minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- great attention to detail along with strong organisational skills
- pro-active, self-starter, with a positive attitude
- previous experience of CCH, Quickbooks, Xero and Sage would be advantageous
- knowledge of payroll advantageous
