You’ll join the Planning & Performance Team within the Corporate Services Directorate.
The team leads the Commission’s approach to business planning, KPIs, benefits management, organisational performance reporting, and strategic alignment.
The team culture is collaborative, analytical and improvement focused. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Commission, including senior leaders, project teams, finance specialists and external system suppliers. It’s an exciting environment for someone who enjoys both strategy and detail and wants to help modernise organisational performance practices.
