We’re looking for an Agentic Platform Engineer to work in the United Kingdom on a fixed term contract basis
Were looking for an experienced engineer who understands how to construct and integrate hybrid agentic workflows and toolchains including local agents, SLM/Vector DB's, MCP/RAG/fine-tuning models.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Platform / Agentic thought leadership in how to construct the foundations and generic capabilities which will need to be delivered for all engineering teams
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience with GCP and Harness
- Experienced architect/engineer who understands how to construct and integrate hybrid agentic workflows and toolchains including local agents, SLM/Vector DB's, MCP/RAG/fine-tuning models.
- Solid engineering experience with CoPilot/Agentic tools (Github CoPilot preferred), across modern cloud native engineering (GCP preferred), with solid grounding in all steps of the process from requirements, design, build, test, deploy etc, including strong rigor in git/ops, branching strategics, PR/code-review processes, and assurance discipline.
- Experience of working with enterprise CICD platforms (Harness preferred), with deep understanding of all CICD build stages - controls/scanners and policy enforcement points. These points will be migrated to Harness Agents - so experience of training agents, creation of knowledge stores and tracking performance of agentic capability.
