💰 £85,000–£110,000 + 15% bonus

One of La Fosse's top client are looking for a talented Senior AI Engineer has actually shipped production-grade agentic systems at scale. This is a rare opportunity to join a high‑impact internal engineering team building next‑generation agentic solutions across finance, tax, legal and HR.
The team has already hired one Senior Agentic AI Engineer - now they’re looking for their second expert.
What You’ll Do
- Build agentic AI workflows and multi-agent reasoning systems
- Apply graph structures, traversal logic and knowledge graphs in real operations
- Solve complex back‑office automation challenges
- Work directly with the Director of Data & Technology Products
- 100% hands on engineering.
You Must Have
- Proven experience delivering production agentic systems
- Strong Python
- Hands-on with LangGraph (or exceptional equivalent), LangChain, RAG, LLM orchestration
- Knowledge graph and graph DB experience (Neo4j, JanusGraph etc.)
Ideal Background
- Large-scale environments: Finance, Investment Banking, Big Tech
- Delivered real commercial impact at scale
- Comp Science or Mathematical educational background
