Senior Analytics Manager (Contract)
Day Rate: £690 Inside IR35

You will play a critical role in shaping operational analytics, improving reporting foundations and ensuring smooth delivery across a busy commercial environment.

This contract sits at the centre of operational performance, customer understanding and commercial impact.
The Role and Deliverables
* Oversee delivery across a team of analysts, ensuring reporting, campaign performance and analysis work is accurate and scalable.
* Take ownership of project management and day‑to‑day operations, freeing senior leadership to focus on long‑term strategy.
* Provide hands‑on support where required, guiding analysts and reviewing outputs to maintain quality and catch errors.
* Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across marketing, product and growth, taking a consulting‑style approach to problem solving.
* Lead weekly operational analytics, covering promotional campaigns, targeting, journeys and customer insights.
* Drive improvements in reporting processes, ensuring outputs are robust, repeatable and commercially relevant.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong experience leading analytics delivery and supporting analysts in a fast‑paced environment.
* Confident working with SQL, Tableau and BI tools, with the ability to review and uplift existing reporting.
* Comfortable balancing hands‑on work with higher‑level oversight, operations and stakeholder management.
* Skilled at presenting insights, influencing senior stakeholders and challenging constructively when needed.
* Experience in operational analytics, campaign performance or customer‑focused reporting.
* Able to motivate teams, manage multiple priorities and ensure high‑quality outcomes.
