Lutine Bell are excited to be partnering with a highly reputable Bank focused predominately on medium to large size corporate real-estate investments.


The Internal Audit team are looking to appoint a Senior Audit Manager to focus specifically on financial and regulatory reporting including ILAAP, ICAAP, Treasury and Credit.


  • Title: Senior Audit Manager
  • Location: London
  • Hybrid: 4 days in the office per week
  • Salary: £90K - £100K per annum


About the role:

  • The Senior Audit Manager (SAM) will play a critical role in delivering professional, independent, risk-based audits throughout the Bank.
  • You will be accountable for the planning, execution, reporting and issue validation for allocated audits.
  • The role requires a proactive approach in understanding and evaluating the risk profile of allocated auditable entities, identifying key risks, communicating control deficiencies effectively, and ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with management.
  • The role is primarily an individual contributor position with accountability for complex audits, rather than a people management role.


Skills Required:

  • Professional certifications such as CIA, ACA, ACCA, or CISA required.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of audit experience within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of UK regulatory expectations (PRA/FCA).
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial and regulatory reporting (including ILAAP and ICAAP), credit, and treasury products.
  • The ability to integrate IT and data considerations into business and prudential audits.
