We are looking to recruit a Senior Asset Manager to be responsible for the day to day management and operation of the Lincs OFTO assets. As a member of the Operations Team, the successful candidate needs to be technically capable, commercially aware, ambitious and driven. They will seek to contribute to the fast growth and success of the company, whilst ensuring that the highest levels of HSE and asset performance are maintained. The role offers the opportunity for a candidate with the right capabilities to develop and widen their experience through operational management and project delivery of significant electrical power assets at the center of the UK’s decarbonisation programme.
The role will be based from EA1 Onshore substation, near Ipswich. Some travel will be required to the offshore substations via the facility in Grimsby; and, occasional travel may also be needed to TI’s other OFTO projects across the UK and the head office location in London. Out of hours response will be required on a rota basis.
Basic Salary Range - £70,000 - £85,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Operational Allowance - £10,000 -£14,500 per annum (depending on operational authorisation level held)
Bonus (up to 20% of basic salary)+ Standby Retainer Payments, Operational Overtime, Pension etc.
