🔍 Role Purpose
- Design, build, and scale production-ready automations and data solutions that remove manual work from Commercial processes.
- Replace legacy Excel tools with robust, database backed, workflow driven solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SQL – supported by Python/VBA/Java where appropriate.
- Act as the Commercial team’s hands‑on builder who works independently, partners with process owners to prioritise the backlog, delivers outcomes quickly, and owns results end‑to‑end.

💡 What You Bring
- Communication: Can present trade‑offs, influence priorities and able to translate business needs into technical builds.
- Several years of experience in a process improvement/automation or data engineering role within a business function (Commercial, Finance, Operations, or similar).
- Challenger Mindset with a strong desire to learn how we operate, make suggestions of how we could improve and develop these suggestions
