07:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 18:30 – mostly shifts will be 7am – 4pm, but we would need flexibility to cover the later shift

With the expansion of one of our key global customers, we now have an opportunity for a proven AV technician, passionate about engineering, to join our highly collaborative team to provide AV technical and break fix support across all meeting rooms and technologies across our client’s campus.
The position involves a high degree of exposure, working sometimes with executive management and managing directors to provide the services below.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform L3 incident management and carry out proactive health checks in accordance with SOP
