Description

Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer (Contract)

Clearance: SC Clearance required

Location: UK, Remote

Contract Length: 12 months (with scope to extend)



We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join out client in the public sector. You will support and enhance a cloud-native platform built on microservices and containerised architecture.



Key Responsibilities

  • Build, harden, and support platform and containerised services
  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines
  • Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and/or Puppet
  • Support development teams deploying secure microservices
  • Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus and Grafana
  • Manage incidents, including on-call and out-of-hours support
  • Maintain documentation and participate in peer reviews
