Description
In the role you will be reporting to the Lead BIM Manager. Utilising your Revit skills and developing the BIM model with a focus on reporting and quality of the model. The role will be site based in Cambridge.

Your Skills Profile Should Include
- BIM experience including coordination and enhancements
- Proven experience in Design Coordination, ideally with major construction company or sub-contractor
- Substantial Hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks demonstrating a strong understanding of digital coordination workflows
- Your communication skills will need to be effective, and you will have the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, showing us strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience providing training and mentoring in BIM, digital tools, and structured data management
- Oversee the coordination with architectural, structural and MEP components using BIM tools (Revit, Revizto)
- Report on project milestones, progress, and performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders
