Help us shape the future of change at Target
Target's at an important point in its evolution. We're beginning the shift towards more product‑focused ways of working, and we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who's excited to help us move in that direction. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping our first product‑aligned team and introducing early product practices, working in a hybrid Analyst/Scrum Master capacity, while Product Owners are still being established across the business.
If you're motivated by helping to introduce product thinking — influencing early direction, coaching stakeholders and focusing on outcomes, this is a great chance to help lay the foundations for how we work in the future.
You'll also help turn big ideas into high‑impact, practical solutions. If you enjoy solving complex problems, influencing decisions, and shaping customer and operational experiences, this role provides a genuine opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
You'll work closely with senior leaders, operational teams and technology colleagues to design better processes, smarter workflows and more effective ways of delivering change.
This is a role where your insight, curiosity and analytical strength will truly shine.
A Bit About The Role
You'll be helping Target evolve how we design and deliver change. Much of the work sits early in the lifecycle, where you'll shape ideas, explore possibilities, and support senior stakeholders in gaining clarity on what's really needed before solutions take form. You'll often start with an early idea that requires definition, working with teams to understand the context, uncover the underlying problem, and translate strategic intent into clear, actionable direction.
Your work will help shape future propositions, improve customer and agent experiences, strengthen operational performance, and build capabilities that create consistency and value for our clients.
As we move towards more product‑aligned ways of working, you'll play an important role in developing the structures, practices and thinking that support this shift. You'll also help bring others on that journey - mentoring colleagues, guiding teams through new ways of approaching change, and championing the value and benefits of outcome‑focused thinking across the organisation.
You'll support the development of business cases by clearly defining problems, identifying benefits and outcomes, and providing the insight needed for confident investment decisions.
Early areas you may be involved in include:
- Exploring new digital communication channels
