Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Business Analyst who combines strong

technical depth with exceptional client-facing skills and commercial awareness.

Role Overview

This is a senior, client-facing role suited to someone who can confidently operate at the

intersection of business and technology.

You will:

• Engage directly with stakeholders (C-level to operational users)

• Elicit, challenge and refine business requirements

• Translate business needs into clear, structured technical solutions

• Work closely with architects, developers and QA teams

• Ensure delivery aligns with agreed scope, outcomes and quality expectations

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping solutions, not just documenting

requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Discovery

• Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirement-gathering sessions

• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

• Identify gaps, risks and opportunities early in the engagement

Requirements & Solution Design

• Produce high-quality documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, solution briefs)

• Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications

• Collaborate with technical architects to design scalable, secure and maintainable solutions

• Support estimation and scope definition

Delivery Support

• Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the lifecycle

• Clarify requirements and manage scope changes• Support UAT, ensuring delivered solutions meet business intent

• Contribute to quality governance and structured delivery practices

Strategic Contribution

• Challenge assumptions and improve solution thinking

• Drive clarity in ambiguous situations

• Support pre-sales and proposal development when required

Essential Skills & Experience

• 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in digital or technology environments

• Strong technical background (experience working closely with development teams)

• Good understanding of:

•  AI and BI
•  APIs and integrations
•  Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
•  Data flows and system interactions

• Excellent documentation and modelling skills

• Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery models

• Proven experience in client-facing roles
