  • Your Role And Responsibilities

    We are seeking an experienced Business Integration Analyst to join IBM and support our Financial Services customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating business processes, systems, and requirements across complex financial services environments. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners to ensure seamless alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Gather, document, and analyze business and integration requirements from a wide range of stakeholders.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and integration success criteria in collaboration with business and technical teams.
    • Support cross-functional teams by translating business needs into clear functional, technical, and integration specifications.
    • Contribute to integration process flows, interface definitions, user stories, and business cases.
    • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to support effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across IBM and client teams.

    Bachelor's Degree

    Requirements

    Required technical and professional expertise

    • Proven experience in business analysis with a focus on process or systems integration.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across both business and technical groups.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with business analysis and integration tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, JIRA).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
