About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems team. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping, optimising, and scaling the systems that power our global SaaS operations. You will serve as a trusted partner to Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations, translating complex business challenges into robust, scalable, and data-driven solutions.
In addition to core responsibilities, this role includes line management of the Junior Business Systems Administrator, providing mentorship, workload oversight, performance input, and day-to-day guidance to support their development and ensure high-quality service delivery.
The ideal candidate brings 4–5 years of hands-on experience with deep expertise in Salesforce administration and ideally strong capability in FP&A support, including budgeting cycles, forecasting processes, financial metrics, and KPI reporting. Exposure to interconnected platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, Celigo, Atlassian, Power BI, and Power Automate is highly advantageous.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated systems professional seeking greater ownership, influence, and breadth across a rapidly scaling SaaS environment. You will have substantial opportunities to deepen your systems expertise, contribute to strategic projects, and shape the business systems landscape as we continue global expansion.
This is a hybrid role with at least two to three days per week in our Cambridge office.
