Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team
- You'll build, maintain and enhance systems & integrations connecting our GTM Tech Stack that directly influence the full sales funnel. You'll also build and implement tools to increase sales rep productivity and effectiveness.
- Take ownership of inbound routing across partnerships and owned channels including maintaining and optimising lead assignment rules, enrichment, and proactively identifying inefficiencies in the inbound flow.
- You will use self-sourced data to analyse specific process performance and conduct root cause analysis to build solutions. You will measure results against existing KPIs and instill a continuous improvement mentality in your work.
