University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship this role. Interviews
If you are shortlisted for an interview for this role, you must bring evidence of the following qualifications:
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or Level 2 Functional Skills for Maths and English.
If you hold overseas GCSE equivalent qualifications, you will need to bring an ECCTIS comparability statement for you GCSE equivalent qualifications along with your original certificate
- A Full Care Certificate OR NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (we can only accept NVQ’s from a regulated awarding body).
If you do not bring the above qualifications to your interview, then the interview will not proceed.
Our team cares for patient's pre and post operatively, and given the nature of our service we are fortunate to have senior nursing assistant's in the team to support the smooth delivery of patient care .
The role will require the successful candidate to have at least 1 years experience in care, have the ability to carry out point of care testing with focus on enhanced recovery to promote the wellbeing of our patients
The successful candidate will need to work within a team effectively, the ability to use own initiative and be able to prioritise aspects of patient care, using the wards systems for recording data accurately
Working in accordance of the UHNM trusts values and with a positive work ethic and team culture
To provide safe effective care in line with trust policy and procedure.
