A Senior Collaboration Services Engineer opportunity with our global Collaboration Platforms team under Workplace Technology. Working with a group of other like-minded engineers to provide tech solutions to our users around the world.
The Senior Collaboration Services Engineer is responsible for delivering and maintaining the best in standards for Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform - IAM, Slack Enterprise Grid and vast roadmap of improvements, from internal automations like Slack bots to maintaining externally facing courier and restaurant site infrastructure.

The Senior Collaboration Services Engineer is responsible for delivering and maintaining the best in standards for Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform - IAM, Slack Enterprise Grid and vast roadmap of improvements, from internal automations like Slack bots to maintaining externally facing courier and restaurant site infrastructure.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in technical projects and deployments
- Implement solutions for internal teams globally
- Experience working with Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid at a Super Admin level
- Programming skills, experience with a language such as Python, Go, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Serverless Framework)
- Experience with API Frameworks
- Enjoy automating processes
- Proven track record of delivering high quality work and driving forward best practices
- Works independently and is able to solve complex problems
- Uses best practice to improve products/services or processes.
- Has subject matter expertise and experience
- Stays up to date with new technology and existing software used in group

- Experience with Google Workspace automation (GAM, Apps Script) desired
- Experience with Slack and ChatOps
