Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Airbnb Community Leaders across Spain and Portugal
Recruit, onboard and support Community Leaders, helping them to succeed in their role
Act as a key point of contact for Leaders, responding to questions, addressing concerns and providing ongoing guidance and support
Deliver a high-quality experience for Leaders through consistent communication, strong follow-through and proactive relationship management
Support the delivery of the Community Leaders programme through activities such as meetups, webinars, office hours and other engagement initiatives
Work closely with internal colleagues and client stakeholders to ensure programme activity is well coordinated and delivered to a high standard
Gather feedback and insights from Hosts and Community Leaders, identifying key themes, issues and opportunities
Translate insights into clear written updates, reports and recommendations for internal teams and client stakeholders
Manage projects or workstreams independently, ensuring actions are followed through and priorities are delivered reliably
Facilitate conversations and discussions with confidence, adapting your approach to different audiences and situations
Help identify opportunities to improve the Leader experience, programme effectiveness and ways of working
Represent Standing on Giants and the Community Leaders programme in a professional, credible and thoughtful way at all times
Essential
- Native-level Spanish fluency, with a strong understanding of the Spanish market and cultural context
- Based in the UK
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the confidence to work credibly with senior stakeholders
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear updates, reports and recommendations
- Experience of owning projects or workstreams and delivering them reliably from start to finish
