Altum Consulting is a specialist consultancy and recruitment partner, supporting organisations with Change & Transformation resourcing solutions, across Finance, Supply Chain, Technology and HR.
As our Change & Transformation practice continues to grow, we're looking to hire a Senior Consultant to help expand our presence across the transformation market.
We're specifically interested in individuals who have previously worked within a transformation consulting environment. You may have delivered programmes across Change Management, Programme Management, Operating Model Design, PMO and Transformation Delivery, across people, organisation, digital and enterprise wide business transformation initiatives.
Rather than a traditional recruiter, we're looking for someone who understands transformation first-hand and can credibly engage with clients on the challenges they face when delivering change. Working alongside Practice Director Janey Thomas, who transitioned into recruitment following a successful management consulting career, you'll use your consulting expertise to build trusted client relationships, identify opportunities, sell our services and support organisations in securing the talent required to deliver successful transformation outcomes.
We're looking for someone who can bring:
- Previous consulting experience (Boutique consultancy, Big 4 or independent) within a transformation environment
- A strong established network of transformation clients and candidates
- A proven track record of developing client relationships, generating new business opportunities and selling consulting services
- The credibility to engage and consult with senior business leaders
- A curious and commercial mindset and professionally consultative approach
- The ability to manage multiple clients, searches and projects simultaneously in a high pressured environment
