Senior Consultant – Engagement Management

London (Hybrid) | Korn Ferry UK & Ireland

At Korn Ferry, we help organisations align strategy and talent to drive performance. As demand for large-scale transformation continues to grow, we’re expanding our UK&I Consulting team and are looking for experienced Senior Consultants with strong engagement and programme management capability.

This role is solution-agnostic. While many of our current programmes sit within Assessment & Succession and Leadership & Professional Development, what matters most is your ability to lead delivery, manage complexity, and create exceptional client experiences.

What you’ll do

Own day-to-day delivery of complex client engagements and workstreams
Coordinate multi-disciplinary consulting teams across Korn Ferry solutions
Manage plans, risks, dependencies, and financials to ensure successful outcomes
Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients
Ensure high-quality, consistent delivery across programmes

Experience delivering complex consulting or professional services engagements
Strong programme / project management capability
Confidence working with senior client stakeholders
Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguity
A collaborative, delivery-focused mindset
