YOUR ROLE

As a Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM / ERP) that enable clients to achieve their business objectives. This role combines strong Oracle functional and technical knowledge with the ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle technologies.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in Oracle Cloud transformation programs across diverse industries. You will gain exposure to complex enterprise environments and contribute to projects that drive innovation and operational excellence.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Supporting the design and delivery of integrated Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM / ERP), ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Translating business requirements into scalable, future-ready Oracle solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking approach.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Flexibility to work across different technologies and roles in line with delivery needs.

Interest in contributing to broader transformation initiatives beyond platform-specific implementations.

Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background. Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
