We’re looking for a Reward Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in compensation strategy, pay equity, benchmarking, and data collection. You’ll work with top-tier clients across sectors, delivering insights that drive performance and equity.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver compensation benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and custom reward solutions.
- Collect and interpret pay data to support client strategy and database enrichment.
- Lead client workshops, training sessions, and implementation of KF Pay tools.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to high renewal and satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evolve our reward offerings and analytics.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in compensation, reward consulting, or HR analytics.
- Strong grasp of pay structures, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
- Experience with pay equity audits and compensation strategy design.
- Confidence in presenting and training clients on reward tools and insights.
- A proactive, data-driven mindset and passion for client success.
