Senior Consultant – Total Reward

London (Hybrid) | Korn Ferry UK & Ireland

Reward is becoming more complex — and more critical. Korn Ferry’s Total Reward team helps organisations design fair, competitive, and sustainable reward strategies that support performance and engagement.

We’re looking for Senior Consultants with Total Reward experience to deliver reward, job evaluation, and pay structure engagements for private-sector clients.

What you’ll do

Deliver Total Reward and job evaluation workstreams
Analyse market data, grading structures, and pay frameworks
Support design of reward strategies and structures
Work directly with clients to explain insights and recommendations
Collaborate with Work & Career Architecture and OD teams

What we’re looking for

Experience in Total Reward, compensation, or reward consulting
Strong analytical capability and comfort working with data
Ability to explain complex reward topics clearly
Consulting or in-house reward experience
