Senior Consultant – Total Reward & Work & Career Architecture

This role suits consultants who enjoy working at the intersection of frameworks, data, and client delivery.

What you’ll do

Deliver integrated W&CA and Total Reward workstreams
Support job architecture, job evaluation, and reward design
Ensure alignment between work measurement and pay structures
Facilitate client sessions and explain integrated frameworks
Collaborate across Consulting, Reward, and OD teams

What we’re looking for

Experience across both reward and work / career architecture
Strong analytical and systems-thinking capability
Client-facing delivery experience
Consulting or equivalent in-house background
