The Opportunity
We are recruiting Senior Consultants capable of working across the full engagement lifecycle, including proposal development, solution design, delivery, analysis, and client advisory. This is an opportunity to join a high‑performing, non‑hierarchical environment where you will have the scope to make a visible impact and develop into a trusted advisor.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the following areas:
1. Data Consulting
Experience may include:
- Data strategy, data governance, and operating model design
- Data architecture, including cloud data platforms and analytics environments
- Data quality, master data management, and metadata practices
- Supporting organisations in becoming more data‑driven
- Understanding of data lifecycles, integration, and controls
2. Cyber Security Consulting
Experience may include:
- Cyber security strategy, risk assessment, and operating model development
- Security architecture and secure‑by‑design approaches
- Threat modelling, vulnerability analysis, and incident response advisory
- Familiarity with frameworks such as NCSC CAF, ISO 27001, and NIST
- Supporting organisations in enhancing security governance and resilience
3. Infrastructure & Technology Architecture
Experience may include:
- Cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, hybrid environments)
- Network architecture and modern network operating models
4. IT Sourcing & Commercial Advisory
Experience may include:
- IT sourcing strategy and market assessment
- Delivery of complex procurements, including RFP development and supplier evaluation
- Contract negotiation and commercial analysis
- Vendor management and performance oversight
- Understanding of commercial models relating to cloud, managed services, and SaaS
Candidate Profile
We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship‑building capabilities
- Structured analytical thinking and strong problem‑solving ability
- Confidence working at pace and managing multiple priorities
- A collaborative working style and a desire to continue learning
- Consulting experience preferred
- An understanding of digital transformation trends and challenges
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders
