  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion experimentation by leading A/B testing, test-and-learn, and data-driven initiatives to enhance customer understanding.
  • Support the design and optimisation of data pipelines and analytical frameworks with Data Engineering and IT.
  • Partner with Digital and Product teams to provide customer and performance insights that inform the evolution of the digital experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and IT to ensure robust data quality, governance, and scalable analytics foundations.
  • We'd love to meet you if you have
    • Proven experience in a consumer, marketing, or digital analytics role within an ecommerce, retail, or omnichannel environment (luxury or beauty experience a plus).
    • Strong analytical capability with working knowledge of SQL to query and explore data; ability to partner with technical teams or vendors for more advanced analytics.
    • Hands-on experience with data visualisation and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and delivering automated reporting and dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Experience working with data platforms or cloud-based data environments (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure) and navigating data ecosystems across multiple sources.
  • Understanding of digital customer journeys and key ecommerce performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • A few things you'll love about us
    • An entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture
    • A range of learning and development opportunities
    • An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow
    • A competitive compensation & benefits package
