We're looking for a Senior Credit Controller to take ownership of our US region - driving performance, coaching a high-performing team, and partnering closely with the Senior Global Credit Manager to deliver operational excellence. You’ll work a blended shift pattern of 3 days (11:30am–8pm) and 2 days (9am–5:30pm) to best support US operating hours.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead and coach your team to exceed targets
- Ensure seamless processes, strong SLAs, and fast cash collection
- Build trusted relationships across regions and functions
- Own KPIs, spot risks early, and drive continuous improvement
- Support strategy, insights, and alignment across the global credit function
What you’ll bring
- Strong Credit Control experience
- Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Solid MS Office skills
- Brilliant customer service
- Organisation, accuracy, and calmness under pressure
- Ability to lead others and manage your own workload
- CICM membership is desirable but not essential.
