About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Cyber Security Engineer to join our growing Cyber Security team at the Francis Crick Institute.
The Cyber Security team is responsible for safeguarding the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Crick data and systems. You will support the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Chief Information Officer (CIO) and wider ITO in shaping and delivering policies, projects and operational processes that enable the Crick’s discovery without boundaries
You’ll be a key member of the team, working with staff who report directly to the CISO. You’ll also partner closely with teams across the institute , from project sponsors and operational groups to scientific stakeholders and external partners , building strong relationships to ensure security is embedded into everything we do.
With significant cyber security experience, you’ll bring strong technical expertise, have the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly, and have a genuine passion for the field.
