Are you ready to lead the delivery of major transformation programmes at Specsavers, where technology is at the heart of changing lives through better sight and hearing? We’re searching for a Senior Delivery Manager who can bring deep Scrum expertise to our Blended Experience Programme (BEP), driving cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects that make a real impact.
Imagine being the person who brings together technology, data, product, engineering, and quality teams removing blockers, facilitating collaboration, and keeping everyone focused on outcomes. You’ll be at the centre of a fast-paced, innovative environment, where your leadership and hands on Scrum experience will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll have the autonomy to solve problems proactively, drive continuous improvement, and empower your teams to achieve their best.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-vendor, cross-functional projects of significant size and value, and you’re highly skilled in Scrum and Agile methodologies. You know how to set up and run sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and scrum ceremonies, and you’re comfortable coaching teams in Scrum best practices. Your experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches means you can choose the right tools and processes for each initiative.
