We're looking for a Senior Digital Engineer to drive innovation, champion digital delivery, and embed our Digital Engineering Standards across the project lifecycle from design to handover.
What You'll Do
- Be a digital champion, deploying tools, workflows, and BIM strategies
- Upskill and empower the wider team to embrace digital ways of working
- Deliver certainty, efficiency, and quality through smart data, modelling, and coordination
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure buildability, compliance, and value
- Influence the digital culture of a £1bn+ healthcare project
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years in BIM, with Revit, Navisworks and ISO19650 expertise.
- Strong communicator and proactive team player.
- Passion for training, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
- Bonus: Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo, Python, Power BI, Solibri, Trimble Connect experience.
