Role Description:
We are looking for a results-driven senior Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimise our digital growth channels. The role includes running paid ads across YouTube, Google and improving SEO performance, managing the website, executing email marketing campaigns, and supporting content and ad strategy.
The candidate will be responsible for driving leads, improving ROAS, optimising campaigns, and reporting performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:
· Publish, manage and optimise YouTube Ads, Google Ads and SEO
· Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximise ROAS
· Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages
· Improve conversion rates across paid ads
· Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking
· Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
· Manage and update website content and landing pages
· Write email campaigns and automation sequences
· Track analytics and provide performance reports across assigned platforms
· Support content planning and overall ad strategy
Additional resposnibilities:
· Conduct competitor and market research
· Maintain marketing documentation and campaign records
· Support webinar and event marketing campaigns
· Coordinate with designers, video editors, and external vendors if needed
· Troubleshoot platform or tracking issues
· Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates
· Assist management with ad hoc marketing tasks
· Support CRM updates and integrations
· Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Job Specifications:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in:

o SEO
o Website management

· Strong copywriting skills (ads, emails, landing pages)
· Ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns
· Experience with Google Analytics and ad platforms
· Basic content planning and strategy understanding
· Organised, analytical, and performance-focused mindset
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of:
o Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics
o SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
o CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
o Email marketing tools
