The focus is to work with talent and their teams build and engage audiences, with measurable outcomes: purchases, streams, saves, playlist adds and long-term repertoire value. This is a hands-on role in a team that’s evolving fast. We’re building new ways to use data, automation and AI tools to work smarter.
