The Senior Estimating Manager ensures robust, value driven cost plans, maintains an integrated scope - cost - time baseline, and strengthens project controls through accurate benchmarking, risk pricing and change evaluation to deliver high - quality commercial outcomes.
You’ll Be Responsible For
Join our global cost and commercial management centre, supporting major infrastructure programmes across public and private sectors. The Senior Estimating Manager ensures robust, value driven cost plans, maintains an integrated scope - cost - time baseline, and strengthens project controls through accurate benchmarking, risk pricing and change evaluation to deliver high - quality commercial outcomes.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing estimating and cost planning activities across project stages.
- Setting estimating strategy and ensure process compliance.
- Developing and refine cost plans using specialist input and benchmarking.
- Analysing cost data and identify key cost drivers.
- Providing commercial advice to design and construction teams.
- Supporting change control and value engineering.
- Producing clear estimating reports and document all assumptions.
- Developing risk based models reflecting uncertainty, methods and site specific factors.

- Strong estimating and cost planning experience on major infrastructure projects.
- Skilled in data analysis, benchmarking and first principles estimating.
- Effective communicator with clear reporting and stakeholder presentation skills.
- Degree in quantity surveying or related field; professional accreditation preferred.
