McLaren Racing is looking for a creative and detail-driven Junior Graphic Designer to join our Digital team. This role is suited to a designer with professional experience who is passionate about sport, storytelling, and digital-first design. You will play a key role in creating visually compelling, on-brand assets for McLaren Racing’s owned digital platforms, including website, app, social media, and email communications. This will be engaging a global Formula 1 fanbase throughout the season.
Principle Responsibilities
McLaren Racing is looking for a creative and detail-driven Junior Graphic Designer to join our Digital team. This role is suited to a designer with professional experience who is passionate about sport, storytelling, and digital-first design. You will play a key role in creating visually compelling, on-brand assets for McLaren Racing’s owned digital platforms, including website, app, social media, and email communications. This will be engaging a global Formula 1 fanbase throughout the season.
Principle Responsibilities
- Design high-quality digital assets for web, mobile app, social media channels, and email marketing
- Support the creation of graphics for race weekends, campaigns, product launches, and always-on content
- Translate brand guidelines into consistent, engaging digital design across multiple platforms
- Work closely with content, social, marketing, and development teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
Essential:
- Experience in a graphic design role, ideally within sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or digital agencies
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design and visual storytelling
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
- Solid understanding of design for digital platforms, including web, mobile, and social media best practices
- Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and colour
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high creative standards
- Experience of working reactively and in live environments would be beneficial, within or outside of sport
