Right now we’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner - Commissions to play a key role in our Finance team in London. As our Senior Finance Business Partner you’ll:

Work work closely with Revenue, Commercial Finance and Rev Ops to:

👉 Own the end-to-end sales commission lifecycle, from incentive plan design and governance through to system management, calculation, payout, and audit

👉 Partner closely with Sales Leadership to design incentive plans that drive the right behaviours while balancing motivation, scalability, and financial discipline

👉 Act as the single source of truth for commission data and tooling, ensuring accurate, timely payouts supported by robust controls, automation, and clean data

👉 Provide actionable insight on sales performance and commission effectiveness, influencing decision-making through analysis, forecasting, and continuous plan optimisation

👉 Commission Plan Design & Governance

👉 Commission Tool Ownership & Maintenance

👉 Commission Calculation & Payments

👉 Sales Performance & Insight

What do I need to bring wit
h me?

We’re looking for someone who brings strong experience across the role. You might not meet every criteria, but you’ll have the seniority and judgement to operate confidently and deliver impact. Here’s what the team will be looking for:

👉 proven years of experience in a sales commission, revenue operations or commercial finance role.

👉 Experience with systems such as Spiff, Salesforce, or ERP platforms.

👉 Strong commercial judgement with the ability to challenge Sales constructively.

👉 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

👉 Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

👉 Experience partnering with global or multi-market sales teams.
