Senior Finance Functional Analyst 02C

Capita is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Functional Analyst (Order to Cash) to support the design and implementation of end to end O2C services for a strategic client transformation programme.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a large scale, multi phase mobilisation, focused on delivering standardised, user centred finance services that support accurate billing, effective cash collection and strong revenue control.

Reporting to the Capita Finance & Procurement Functional Lead, you will take a leading role in shaping Capita’s Order to Cash service design, ensuring alignment between client requirements, Capita’s standard solution capabilities, and the wider Finance operating model.

You will work closely with Functional Analysts, Finance SMEs, Service Designers and Technology teams to define robust, scalable O2C processes that deliver a seamless experience for service recipients and end users.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and support the design of end-to-end Order to Cash processes, including customer and account setup, billing and invoicing, cash receipts and cash application.

Experience working within ERP-enabled O2C environments (e.g., Oracle-based solutions) and integrating O2C processes with wider Finance services.

Proven ability to produce high-quality process documentation, SOPs and functional artefacts that support testing, training and operational readiness.

Experience in O2C optimization and transformation, ideally focused on cash applications and suspense accounts.

Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working directly with client finance SMEs, operations teams and cross-functional delivery teams.
