Senior FP&A Analyst

£60,000 - £65,000 per annum

London (Office Based)


I am partnering with a well established, international organisation to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst to support the Head of FP&A across the UK & International division.


The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of financial plans, financial forecasts, and the capital planning process across the business. You will be responsible for analytical support across the business and provide multiple levels of management, information through regular business performance reporting.


Key responsibilities:


  • Deliver a timely month-end close, providing senior management with clear analysis and insight into P&L performance during and immediately following the close process.
  • Manage FP&A queries effectively, including the coordination and delivery of a regular local finance calendar aligned to global timelines.
  • Lead the consolidation of monthly departmental reporting and KPIs, partnering with stakeholders to enhance insight and identify trends across the business.
  • Drive consistency and standardisation in reporting through close collaboration with Finance Business Partners and executive stakeholders, embedding behavioural change where required.
  • Support the Head of Consolidations in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Ensure financial integrity and provide high-quality business partnering and analytical support across the organisation, delivering executive-level performance reporting and contributing to the consolidated monthly business review.
  • Facilitate mid-month revenue, cost, and headcount reporting forums, supporting informed decision-making.


About you:


  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of progression and continuous development.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with a consistent history of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Conceptual and analytical thinker, confident in constructively challenging the status quo to drive improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
