Are you ready to steer complex change and keep people at the heart of it?
We’re entering a pivotal year of growth and transformation, with cross‑business programmes that need senior HR leadership and momentum. As our new Senior HR Business Partner (12‑month FTC), you’ll operate flexibly across sectors, partnering with HR Directors, Business Partners, and our Centres of Excellence (including HR Change and HR Operations), to lead high‑priority people projects, remove blockers, and keep delivery on track.
This role isn’t tied to a single area. You’ll go where the impact is highest: shaping strategy, rolling up your sleeves on execution, and making sure change lands well for our colleagues and leaders.
We can offer great career progression opportunities, ability to be based anywhere across the UK, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs, and training and development opportunities.
This role is hybrid, with some travel to our UK offices, depending on the area of the business that you are supporting.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and take ownership of agreed sector‑wide people programmes, ensuring they progress at pace.
- Build strong, independent relationships with senior stakeholders to influence direction and decision‑making.
- Act as a key link between HR and the business, ensuring aligned priorities and smooth collaboration.
- Plan and deliver sector‑level change initiatives, ensuring effective coordination and execution.
- Provide senior‑level project and change‑focused HR business partnering across complex organisational activity.
- Deliver complex HR and organisational initiatives that strengthen growth, capability, and overall organisational effectiveness.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner within a complex, matrixed or professional services environment.
- Demonstrable background in supporting and delivering change programmes, including large‑scale transformation and business‑wide initiatives.
