THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of HR for EU UK, it’s been identified for there to be a new role as Senior HR Business within the HR team. Given the environment we are operating in, the post holder must be capable of leading through disruption, driving cultural and behavioural change, and influencing the business at pace. The postholder will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing human resource policies that align with the regional goals and improve the employee working environment, as well leading and managing the team of HRBPs and the core HR Ops function. Supporting the people strategy and working closely with the Head of HR, this role requires a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects to identify and address issues to support the Company’s grown plan and the plan for global alignment. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to effectively interact with employees at all levels and influence organisational outcomes.


Skills and Experience


  • 7 years + experience in HR roles and fully understands the HRBP model.
  • Significant experience working with international HR teams to develop and implement transformative organisational initiatives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of human resource operations and their impact on business cycles and employee agendas.
  • Experience of leading a team successfully to meet business needs.
  • Strong experience in employee engagement and leadership interactions.
  • Excellent mentorship and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Demonstrates achievements as an HR professional.
  • Demonstrates commitment to self-improvement and development; demonstrates cultural awareness and inclusion.
  • CIPD membership an advantage.

    What to expect from the recruitment process

    • Every hire starts with a chat with our Talent Acquisition team, if your profile is selected you will be contacted by phone or email (please check your spam folder);
    • Then, if you are progressing, the hiring manager will invite you to an interview, usually on Teams;
    • If you are successful we will invite you to our office for a final stage interview.


    Wherever possible we will provide you with feedback, however we are a small team and often we won't be able to do so until after we fill the vacancy.
