The Role & Company

We’re hiring for an innovative financial services organisation seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner. This role offers the chance to join a vibrant, high-growth environment where you can make a meaningful impact and shape ongoing people and organisational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy

Provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.

Support change programmes and projects.

Use data and insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Build strong, trusted relationships to influence and coach leaders effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior HR business partnering role within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Experience leading organisational change and managing complex ER issues.

Commercial, analytical, and able to balance strategic and hands-on work.

Confident communicator with a solutions-focused mindset.
