We are working with a large, international energy business to appoint a Senior Manager – Indirect Tax into a key leadership role within its UK tax function.
This is an opportunity to join a complex, fast‑evolving organisation operating across multiple energy and infrastructure markets, with a significant footprint in the UK and continental Europe.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Indirect Tax, you will operate as a senior member of a well‑established indirect tax function, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
This role includes line management responsibility, with accountability for developing and mentoring senior team members and supporting long‑term succession planning within the tax function.
Transformation & Change
The business has a strong transformation agenda, including a large‑scale implementation planned over the next four years. The successful candidate will play an important role in shaping indirect tax processes, automation and controls as part of this programme.
